I’m passionate about supporting individuals on their journey toward emotional health and personal growth. With experience in both In-Home and Outpatient Therapy, I understand that seeking help is a brave and meaningful step.

My background includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with a focus on trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, mood, and adjustment-related disorders. I work with clients of all ages, offering individual, couples, marriage, and family therapy.
