My goal is to empower individuals from early adulthood through older age. When working with me, you can expect an attentive and collaborative partner to help you navigate your challenges – whether they be the overwhelming demands of life, anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, transitions, aging, or simply a desire to reach goals that are purposeful and meaningful to you.

I bring warmth and a gentle humor, and tailor each interaction using a blend of solutions-based skills, acceptance strategies, and cognitive-behavioral methods to help you cultivate resilience and achieve meaningful growth.
