Fabiola Valdivia, LMHC
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts, offering therapy in both English and Spanish. I currently work with young adults and adults, and I also have experience supporting children, adolescents, and individuals facing substance use challenges. My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and collaborative. I center cultural awareness, competence, and humility in my work, recognizing the unique identities and experiences each person brings to therapy. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you can feel heard, explore your experiences, and work toward healing and meaningful growth.
I integrate trauma-informed therapy, expressive and drama therapy, cultural humility, psychodynamic insight, radical feminist and liberation health models, DBT, CBT, motivational interviewing, and harm reduction. This allows me to tailor treatment to each client’s story and goals.
Reaching out for support takes courage. Whether you’re struggling with substance use, emotional overwhelm, cultural identity, or relationship challenges, know that you don’t have to face it alone. Together, we can explore your story, honor your strengths, and create a path toward healing and growth. Sesiones en Español
