Whether you're seeking support for your child, navigating a difficult transition, or feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, or self-doubt, therapy can offer a space to slow down, feel supported, and develop the tools needed to move forward with greater confidence.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, emotional regulation challenges, self-esteem concerns, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. I strive to create a warm, collaborative space where clients feel comfortable being themselves, exploring challenges openly, and developing practical coping skills that can be used in daily life.
My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy. I focus on helping clients better understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while also supporting them in building on their strengths and increasing self-awareness and resilience.
I also incorporate movement-based and experiential interventions when appropriate. In my work with children and adolescents, I have seen how engaging the body in the therapeutic process can support emotional regulation, grounding, and confidence-building. These interventions are used flexibly and tailored to each client, alongside traditional talk therapy, to support emotional growth and skill development.
Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your relationship, or your child, I am committed to creating a supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life.
