If you’re navigating emotional challenges and uncertainty or looking for support on your path to personal growth, I encourage you to reach out. My mission is to help adults, from young adulthood through later life, find deeper satisfaction and meaning.
When you work with me, you’ll have a compassionate, collaborative partner to help you through life’s complexities, major transitions, and the unpredictability of aging. Together, we’ll focus on the goals that matter most to you.
I’ve supported adults facing a broad range of concerns, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic illness, and co-occurring disorders. I’m also interested in how mental health, nutrition, and movement interact and shape our day-to-day well-being.
During our time together, I will bring warmth and gentle humor, tailoring each interaction by using a blend of somatic, acceptance, and cognitive-behavioral methods to help you enhance your inner peace, cultivate resilience, and achieve meaningful growth.
You deserve support that feels safe, respectful, and free of judgment. Reach out to me. I’m here to listen and to help you find ways to move through challenges and flourish.
